What happens after the 3-day trial?
The subscription automatically continues at €59 incl. VAT per month. You can cancel before the end of the trial and pay nothing beyond the initial €2.99.
How do I cancel?
From your customer account, under “My subscription”, in one click and with no justification. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Are the documents official?
Documents are produced from official public data (INSEE's Sirene register, the national trade and companies register) and timestamped on the day of the request.
Is there a download limit?
No. The subscription gives unlimited access to every document, for every company, for its entire duration.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, each payment generates an invoice you can download from your customer account.
