2. Data collected

Account data (email address, encrypted password), billing data (cardholder name, payment history — card numbers are processed exclusively by our payment provider and are never stored by us), usage data (searches performed, documents downloaded, connection logs) and support data (exchanges with customer service).

3. Purposes and legal bases

Provision of the service and subscription management (performance of the contract); billing and accounting obligations (legal obligation); fraud prevention and site security (legitimate interest); commercial communications about our services (consent, withdrawable at any time).

4. Retention periods

Account data: duration of the subscription, then 3 years after the last activity. Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation). Connection logs: 12 months. Prospecting data: 3 years after the last contact.

5. Recipients

Data is intended for the authorised internal departments of Drivista Limited and its processors: payment provider, hosting provider, emailing tool and support tool, all bound by data-processing agreements compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR. No data is sold to third parties. Data is hosted by Amazon Web Services; any transfer outside the European Union is governed by standard contractual clauses compliant with the GDPR.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data, as well as the right to set post-mortem directives. Exercise them by writing to dpo@serviceentreprises.net; reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — cnil.fr).

7. Cookies

The site sets cookies strictly necessary for its operation (session, cart, security), which are exempt from consent, and, subject to your consent collected via the banner provided for that purpose, audience-measurement cookies. 8. Security

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (TLS). Passwords are stored in hashed form. Access to data is restricted to authorised staff and logged.
