Terms of use

Article 1 — Purpose
These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website serviceentreprises.net (the “Site”) and the services offered on it (the “Service”). Any order placed on the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of the Terms.
Article 2 — Service publisher
The Site is published and operated by Drivista Limited, a company incorporated under Irish law with its registered office at 24A Baggot Street Upper, Dublin 4 - D04 N528, Ireland. VAT number: IE4449175FH. Contact: contact@serviceentreprises.net.
Article 3 — Description of the service
The Service provides, as PDF files, documents relating to French companies: KBIS extract, Sirene status certificate, articles of association, annual accounts and corporate deeds. These documents are produced from official public data, in particular INSEE's Sirene register and the national trade and companies register.
Drivista Limited is an independent private provider. The Service is not affiliated with INSEE, Infogreffe, the commercial court registries or any public authority. The documents may be obtained directly, and in some cases free of charge, from the official bodies.
Article 4 — Customer account
Use of the Service requires the creation of a customer account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. Any use of the account is deemed to be made by its holder.
Article 5 — Prices and payment
Access to the Service is offered as a subscription including a 3-day trial period billed €2.99 incl. VAT. At the end of this period, unless cancelled before its expiry, the subscription automatically renews at €59 incl. VAT per month, charged monthly to the bank card used at checkout.
Prices are stated in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made by bank card through a secure payment provider. An invoice is made available in the customer account after each charge.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and express waiver of that right. By ticking the box provided at checkout, the user requests immediate performance of the Service and expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
Article 7 — Term and cancellation
The subscription has no minimum term. It may be cancelled at any time, in one click, from the customer account (“My subscription” section), free of charge and without justification, in accordance with Article L215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no pro-rata refund is made.
Article 8 — Document delivery
Documents are made available in PDF format in the customer account, in principle immediately after the request is validated. In the event of temporary unavailability of the official sources, delivery may be delayed; the user is informed by email.
Article 9 — Liability
Documents are produced from data published by the official bodies, as it exists on the day of the request. Drivista Limited cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or update delays attributable to those sources, nor for the use the user makes of the documents. The publisher's liability is in any event limited to the amounts actually paid by the user over the last twelve months.
Article 10 — Intellectual property
The structure of the Site, its texts, visual identity and software components are the exclusive property of Drivista Limited. Any unauthorised reproduction constitutes infringement. Public data remains subject to its own re-use regimes.
Article 11 — Personal data
The processing of users' personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Article 12 — Governing law and mediation
The Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the user may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator to which the publisher belongs: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris (cm2c.net). Failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
